Derand Auto Show for CHEO

It was a hot day with 6 club members meeting up at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre and pulling into the Derand Show all together with one car travelling from Renfrew and joining us at the show. In the end we had a total of 7 MX5’s and later one Model A Ford – Thanks Bob for bringing it.
All proceeds went to CHEO with 200 plus cars and trucks it was pretty amazing. Larry Way was there doing his thing of promoting car shows and for those who haven’t heard of him he is well known around the world for his success of setting up and promoting these shows.
Mr. Fieldman came away with a lot of loot, including an Electric Bike, a Go Pro and a bottle of cleaner. – Congrats!
Hope more of us are able to take in the Derand show for the Heart Institute next year. As Andre Derand was very happy to see our club out in the midst of Mustangs, Corvettes and exotics. There was a sound off for the loudest car that was there with a Viper winning. All in all, the sound was amazing!
It was all for a good cause, thanks so much for everyone that came out for our meet at the Derand Auto Show. Since we had a NA, NB, NC, and ND all showing our club as very active.
